My first contact with agile software development methods was back in 2001, when I introduced XP in the company I was working for at the time as head of development. Ever since then I have been an enthusiastic supporter of agile methods. Since 2009 I am using Scrum. And I emphasize retrospectives and creative problem solving as a means to organizational and personal learning.

I work for more than 20 years in the IT industry (after studying computer science).
